Working principle:concrete crushing plant
This machine use the impact energy to crush the material. When the material entered the area of hammer plate, the material would be crushed by the high speed crushing and impacting energy, then threw on the impact device which is upper the rotor for re-crushing, and rebounded to the hammer plate form the impact plate liner for the third time crushing. All the process is repeated again and again until the material are crushed to the required size , the final material will be discharged from the lower parts of machine. Our machines used the spring insurance device, which is installed behind the impact plate, when the blockage come into the crushing cavity, the front and back impact frame will be backed up so that the blockage will be eliminated.
