Introduction about product
1).PDC drill bit is super hard material combined with diamond and hard alloy under high temperature. It not only has the advantages of hard and durable from diamond, but also has the advantages of high impact resistance and big blade from hard alloy. It greatly improves the drilling efficiency and is the ideal drill bit for the drill operation of medium & hard as well as super hard rock.
2). Cutting structure is force balanced and bit blade is asymmetrically designed so that the load on bit is balanced that resulting better stability of the bit
3). Main cutter are high performance PDC cutters to insure service life of the bit while improving ROP.
4). Cutter exposure is optimized to insure the oil bit can achieve higher ROP is soft to medium formations.
5). Shock absorbers are designed to make the bit capable of drilling through formations with hard strigers.
6). Hydraulic system of the bit is optimized using dynamic flow pattern simulation technology to enhance cleaning and cooling effects of the bit to effectively prevent bit from balling.
