Conductor cross section of 800mm2 or below is stranded through compacting round core, with better roundnessand higher compacting coefficient. Conductor cross section more than 800mm2 is made by segmentof Milliken methodto minimize skin connecting and alternating current impedance and increasepowertransmissioncapacity of cable
Insulation:XLPE, self-gravity feeding under 1000 level ultra-clean environment.
Insulation method:VCV
Metallic screen/sheath: 1) corrugated aluminum tape
2)copper wire + laminated tape
Sheath: PVC,MDPE, HDPE.
Application features
1, Conductor permmisble max. long-time operation temperature: 90°C
2, Conductor Max. short circuit temperature(max. sustaining period not exceeding 5s): 250 °C
3, Allowable Min. bending radius when laying cable, generally 20 times of the cable diameter.
