Non-dig drill pipe is a tool applicable for transferring torque and tension of drillers in the process of directional drilling construction. Due to the torsion, tension, bending, friction,and vibration it has to bear in the process of drictional construction, the requirements of its processing are very strict.
The raw materials selected by our company are all the alloy structure steels for geographical usage producted by Bao steel plant.. After testing, both ends of the tube are thickened directly without welding. Then come to the heat treatment process of the whole pipe and the chipping edges process. After that, the pipe will be pinted with nickel phosphor that can increase the hardness of air tightness of the thread surface. Before the finished pipes are plated and packaged, a series of test have to be completed,including hardness, metallurgical structure, physical performances,etc.
