Pneumatic magnetic sheet separator is developed from manually adjustable magnetic separator, controlling the magnetic field on the sheet separating surface of sheet separator by cylinder stroke. There are two cylinders for each sheet separator, supported by the connecting rods of the two cylinders, the magnetic part of the sheet separator slides inside of the sheet separator, to regulate the magnetic field of the sheet separator; air pressure of 0.7-1.0Mpa is needed for the cylinder.
When the cylinder on the sheet separating surface of pneumatic sheet separator is fully expanded, the magnetic field can reach to above 3000GS (standard)at the maximum, and reach to 100GS at the maximum when retracting.
The features of pneumatic sheet separator
There has been a strong magnetic field of above 3000gs on the surface of former fixed sheet separator, while there is only a magnetic field of 90GS for pneumatic sheet separator, but they have the same sheet separating performance.
Although the manually adjustable sheet separator can control the magnetic field of sheet separator, however, due to the large manipulation strength, the problems of unable to be synchronized lead to the unequal magnetic field after adjustment; the pneumatic sheet separator solves this problem by applying cylinder and middle guide.
For reloading in midway, by retracting the cylinder, the pneumatic sheet separator can easily move the sheet separator away from the sheet metal, while it takes a lot of efforts if use the other two above-mentioned kinds of sheet separators.
With universal swing arm, the safe sheet separating of irregular sheet metal can be achieved, and also the swing arm can carry out cylinder locking, reducing the worker's labor strength.
