1.Model 9DJF-19200 incubator and hatchery
1.1. This machine combines egg incubator and chicken hatchery together. Therefore, customer doesn't need to purchase poultry hatchery separately. This machine is equipped with egg trays not hatcher trays.
1.2. Customer will change egg tray to hatcher tray after 17-18 days.
1.3. One hatcher tray can contain 150 chicks, therefore, 19,200 chicken eggs need 128 trays in the one machine

2.1. Eggs are placed in the incubator for 25 days, after they are transferred to the hatchery machine for 3 days.
2.2. Each egg hatcher can contain 12,096 eggs (considering the egg damage rate)

1. Ambient Working Conditions
(1) Ambient temperature: 20~27oC;
(2) Ambient humidity: 40~80% RH;
(3) Power supply: three phase, five-wire 380/220V AC50Hz 10%;
(4) Water supply pressure: 3~5KgF/cm2;
(5) Hatching hall height:≥ 4m;
(6) The hatching hall shall be equipped with satisfied ventilation facility, the Co2 concentration in the space shall be less than 0.14%;
(7) Each incubator shall be connected with separate power supply and fuse;
(8) Every incubator shall be well earthed.
2.Main Technical Index
(1) temp control range: 35~39oC;
(2) temp control accurate: 0.1 oC;
(3) temp indication resolution: 0.01 oC;
(4) temp field stability: ≤0.10 oC;
(5) humidity control scope: 40~80 oC%RH;
In case the control range is in 70%RH ~80%RH, an auxiliary damping system shall be employed;
(6) humidity indication resolution: 1%RH;
(7) egg-turning angle: chicken hatching 45± 2 o; duck and goose 50±2 o;
3. Pay attention!
1. Incubator can be also installed in the place where working surrounding and electric conditions excess the above mentioned requirements. However, it will affect the service life and hatching result.
2. In case it needs the power supply stabilizer, the users should use the device brand we recommended, please don't purchase it in the market to cause possibly the incubator damage.
3. In case the generator will be used when the power supply failure occurs: the first incubator and exterior power supply switch must be switched off and then start your stand-by generator; waiting until the power supply voltage becomes stable (please check the technical requirements of power supply technical index), after that close the switch in this way to eliminate the incubator damage. Our company may maintenance and service and charge an extra costs if the incubator is damaged due to the reason mentioned above.
