1. Slide Block WC67Y-160/4000 hydraulic plate press brake adopt hydraulic transmission, the part of slide block forms from slide block, oil cylinder and the mechanical trimming structure of link stopper. Control oil cylinder, fix on frame, make piston (rod) drive the about sport of slide block through hydraulic pressure.
2. Worktable From before worktable, the button box is controlled , make motor drive stopper, around move , and from figure, show the distance that moves , its minimum reading is 0.10 millimeters( around location have route switch limit position).
3. Synchronous system This machine from turn the mechanical synchronous organization of axle and the composition of move about arm, structure is simple, it is reliable that property is stabilized, synchronous precision is high. Mechanical link stopper from generator regulation, counter shows value.

ⅳ. Main structure and performance of machine
1Design the machine according to JB/T2257.2-92 and GB/T14349-93, all parts of the machine use CAD/CAE/CAM to be physical designed, fully guarantee every parts' strength and stiffness of structure.
2Integral steel plate welded structure, rack is thick, rigidity is high, damping is strong.
3The machine consists of rack, working table, slider, main cylinder, back gauge and so on, Perfect design and manufacturing process can effectively assure precision of manufacturing and using. The manufacturing process of main structure:

7. Design stiffness of working table, column, beam and slide is high, working table and slide deformation is small when bending, product have good linear and angular coherence.
8. Slide has pressure maintain time delay function on the lower stop point, ensure precision of working pieces.
