Motorized Valve for Central Air-conditioner

Motorized Valve is available for the central air conditioner system and opening or closing of the heating system pipe to control the temperature the control valve is drived by the one way magnetic syncmotor.
In general motorized valve is closed. While it works, the thermostat provides a singal to make the motor valve work in alternating current.
After the valve is open, the cold water or hot water will enter the fan coil to provide the cold or hot air for the room.
The thermostat will cut off the valve's current, when the room temperatre isn't changed.
And the return spring will close the valve to prevent the water from entering the fan coil the room temperature can be kept which is set in thermostat by open/close the motorized valve.
For the high building, the reducing valve should be installed at the bottom of the branchpipe.
To prevent the water from the motor housing, the driver should not be installed under the pipe.
When the valve is installed in the vertical pipe, the motor housing should be prevented from the water.
