Zhejiang HuaChen Screw Co.,Ltd. is located in XiHou industrial park, Jintang Town Dinghai district of Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, China. Near to Ningbo port and shanghai port and the famous tourist attraction of Mount Putuo in the south. The superior location of the factory ensures convenient traffic.
Our factory has proven experience of over 20 years in producing various kinds of screw and barrels, such as twin screw barrel (conical twin screw and barrel, parallel twin screw and barrel), single screw barrel (extruder screw barrel, injection screw barrel), rubber screw barrel (cool feeding rubber screw barrel, hot feeding rubber screw barrel and pin rubber screw barrel) and planet screw barrel.

All precise screws and barrels produced in our factory choose 38CrMoAlA nitrated steel of fine quality, SKD11 or SKD61 as the base material. Many other materials we could adopt as your requests. We also produce bimetallic barrels and screws of Class A and Class B with the quality completely meeting or exceeding national standards. These products can be substitutes for performance in corrosion-resisting and wear-resisting property.
