Permanent packer is a pressure setting permanent packer for production well completion. By tubing pressurizing to press on packer in order to achieve tubing and casing annulus seal. Meantime the bi-directional slip will be opened and anchored on the casing to insure the reliability of the seal. The packer can be released by milling.
