Our soft and portable SAE 100R1AT 1-Wire braided hydraulic hose is in full compliance with internal standard SAE100R1AT and international standard SAEJ517. Its oil resistant synthetic rubber made inner tube features superior air and oil proof performances. Besides, the rubber cover is not only resistant to abrasion, oil and weather, but also shows excellent aging resistance. And our product also has a highly tensile steel wire braid. Being braided with copper facing wire, the reinforced layer which is available in black with textured surface, features excellent twist resistance as well as good pulse pressure, and can withstand high pressure. The hydraulic hose can be applied to the temperature ranging from -40℃ to 100℃. Moreover, customized steel wire braided hydraulic rubber hose is available. However, the maximum length is up to 100 meters. Our steel wire braided hydraulic rubber hose is extensively applied to engineering, hydraulic working as well as petroleum based or water based hydraulic liquids delivering equipments.
