The Container Loading Inspection is carried out in the manufacturer's warehouse or at the forwarder's premises. After carefully check the quality of the products(More details are in the actual report). The Inspection covers four major aspects: the serial number of the container, the number of the actual carton, the way of how the cartons are put and the seal number.
1. The serial number of the container, it is checked et to ensure that the products are put in a requested container of a certain ship company.
2 & 3. Check the number of the actual carton and the way of how the cartons are put. Thus, we can make sure the sufficient products are shipped and the products will not damaged due the wrong position.
4. Check the seal, it's the final step of the whole inspection to comfirm that the container is firmly locked.

The product inspection show:
1. Random Sampling, select certain quantity of products to make the inspection and by using scientifical methods to judge the defects of all the products.
2. Check the Printed information of the Carton, box and product, it is the basic of doing other inspections and make sure the printed information are met client requirements.
3. Check the appearance, Carefully check the appearance to make sure that the product will not influence the sell in market, if possible, we hope the appearance can give potential customers with visual pleasure and promote the sell.
4. Check the accessories, Make sure that no accessories are missed, meet the clients' requirements and not influence the function.
5. General Test to make sure the products will not go wrong in a easy way. Most of the products got defects in this process, and the defects may cause danger for user.
6. Function test, it's the major content of the whole inspection, on neglect can be accepted.
