1. Q: Does your hose clamps produce byyour own company or import?
A: Theclamps is home made by our own factory. King Seal is an American-ownedmanufacturer in China. The Equipment and Technology are fromUSA.
2. Q: Which is better material for SS200and SS300? We need the best one.
A: Regarding corrosion resistance, SS300 is better than SS200, The other performances are basically same. If youprefer better corrosion resistance, SS316 is the best choice.
3. Q:We do biotechnology business. Thehose clamps application environment involves acid-base environment. Pleaseadvise whether we can use SS304?
A: SS304has relatively high corrosion resistance, but if Acid-baseenvironmentis strongly high, SS316 clamp is the bestchoice.
4.Q: Is SS304 materialmagnetic?
A: SS304itself has no magnetism, But it could generate certain magnetism duringproduction process.
5. Q:Yourstainless steel clamps looks good, do you electroplate them on thesurface?
A: We runsome polish process on the surface but it's not electroplated.
6.Q: How long is the leadtime?
A: Thelead time depends on the style, size, quantity and etc. Normally we can send thegoods within 20 working days after we receive the payment

A: The suppliers of our raw material are well-chosen inChina and the material meets or exceeds the AISI standard. It's much better andmuch expensive than the material of other hose clamp suppliers. That's thereason that our price is higher than the others.
10. Q: Is the MOQnecessary?
A: Yes, we only have regular size andmaterial products in warehouse. We are a manufacturer, not a distributor. Weneed to change the molds every time when we change to produce another sizeclamp. If the order quantity is too small, it's not effective for us to producesuch a few clamps. Time is money.
