Valve Gate Type Packing Machine essentially consists of a screw feeder, which is suitable for liquid powdery material in fixed quantity packing. It's broad applied in manufacturing and processing industries, such as talcum powder, calcium carbonate, kaolin, vitriol barium, light calcium, etc. The compact size is easy to install in characteristic.
Main Principle:
After the machine is connected with power, the "Power" indication will light up. The weighing control indicator will start self-detecting, and the PLC will detect the system's conditions. After the detecting process is finished, if it's normal, the machine will start to identify the switch is in "Continue" or "Stop" position. If it's in "Continue, " the system will turn into standby condition. If it's in "Stop, " the system will alarm and light up the "Stop" indication. The procedure contains: Bag inserting, weighing, full flowing, medium flowing, dribble flowing, and then bag loosing and taking off, totally 6 steps.

Under the operation in continuous, the operator just needs to inset the bag, touch the button on left side, and then take off the bag. The other actions like feeding and weighing will be all done by the packing machine automatically.

Breakdown Diagnosis
Weighing control indicator has the diagnosis function; Besides, PLC can detect the external extraordinary signals (offered by operator) at any time. Once the machine discovers problems, it will alarm immediately.
L Auto Empty Scale Detecting and Zero Resetting
The machine will detect if the weighing pan is empty at the end of the weighing cycle every time. If yes, it will proceed the zero resetting automatically.
L Auto Counting
Every time the weighing cycle is finished, the machine sends the counting pulse to the counter to activate the counting and accumulating.
L Standard Serial Communication Interface
Both weighing control indicator and PLC are built with the standard serial communication interfaces (RS232 & RS485, ) which means it's able to connect with the printer and computers for data communication. It's convenient for centralized management of information.
