Description:
Model BZD electric slewing crane is a new generation of light duty lifting system which is designed and built in compliance with latest GB3811 and JB/t5906 and other applicable standard for modern production situation. It consists of pillar, swing mechanism, stay rod, main girder, counterweight beam and block, hoisting mechanism and electrical mechanism.
This BZD series slewing crane options pillar, wall mounted, roof-hung types, for each type, there are two configurations : stationary and traveling. Its swing mechanism may be manual pull type and motor-driven type. The hanger is available in hook block, grab bucket, magnetic chuck. The complete system can be designed and built to be frequency variable or explosion proof as customer's requirements.
BZD crane components are highly standardized and inter-convertible. The whole crane system features compact structure, easy to operate and low-maintenance cost. Compared with other common lifting equipment, it is more efficient and costs less time and labor, also has a larger working range and occupies smaller space. it is especially suitable for frequent, intensivetransloading tasks in a limited area on production/assembly line in workshop, or in mining field, warehouse, cargo berth.
