Pre-hot treatment:
Isothermal after forging: heat to 780-800°c, keep 2-3h, isothermal temperature is 670-720°c,
keep 2-3h, furnace cool below 500°c, out and air cooling, hardness is 197-241HBS.
Charactteristic:
1.Cold working die steel.
2.With highest hardness and abrasion resistance in the Cr12 and 9SiCr.
3.Low impact toughness,should avoid tempering at about 300°c.
Application:
O1 is for making cold stamping die, gauge and measuring too etc.
