The Two Way Edge Bander can be used as a portable edge bander or a semi-auto edge bander. This machine is composed of two parts which are portable edge bander and frame.It make up for deficiencies that the portable edge bander can not cut the band automatically and the working table is too small. This machine is suitable fot banding with inner and outer arcs and straight board.And for banding the irregular board. The band can be cut manually when you adjust the adjustable button to manual.The size of the working table can be adjusted through adjusting the beam according to the size of the processing board.
(2)Processing material and workpieces of machine:
1. The Edge Bander can finish wooden edge frames at straight edge, inside the arc,outside the arc,curve and circle, the radius of the inside arc above 15mm
2. The Edge Bander can finish all kinds of wooden edge frames which can be glued with hot-melt glue such as wood, particleboard, medium density fiberboard(MDF) and particle board and so on.
3. The Portable Edge Bander are using many types of banding at a wide range of widths and thickness, the banding material can be melamine paper banding, wooden veneer, vinyl(PVC or ABS) self-adhensive edge banding. The thickness of the edge banding within 0.3mm to 2.0mm. The edge band's width range is 10mm to 45mm.
4. The Portable Edge Bander is suitable for medium to low temperature hot melt adhensives(melting point below 200℃). The temperature of the tank can be controlled with adjustable temperature control according to different banding thickness and material. The warm up time takes only 8 to 10minutes.
