Bottle water filling machine (washing filling and capping 3-in-1 machine)
Empty bottles are sent into this machine via air conveyor and filled bottles are sent out via motor conveyor. Caps are sent into the silo via cap air conveyor. If there is no bottle, it will not fill or cap. The complete action is controlled by PLC.
All components like bottle clampers, filling valves, capping head are all manufactured by ourselves. All precision parts are machined on our own machining center or CNC. We can modify our machine according to different customers' various requirements. We own a complete suit of machine processing equipments.
We also supply complete line including water treatment equipment (filter system), filling line (downstream like light checker, water blowing dryer, label sleeving machine, label thermal shrinker, inkjet coding machine) and film shrink packing machine.
Besides water filling complete line, we also supply fruit juice and carbonated drinks filling complete line.
