2. The Universal Compression Spring Former have a Archimedes Curve Outside Diameter CAM, After calibrated the minimum OD and the reference OD then the user can use the OD description to control spring OD.
3. The Universal Compression Spring Former has a linear pitch architecture, After calibrated the Pitch zero and a reference pitch, the user can use the pitch description to control spring pitch.
4.The Universal Compression Spring Former using the spring OD and the wire diameter to calculate the wire feeding length by coil number. the user can use spring coil number description to produce spring.
5. The Universal Compression Spring Former after finished the OD and Pitch calibration and able to produce the sealing ring spring. Any kind of compression spring can be produced within 3 minutes.
