Applications:

Take a measurement one hour later after a meal.
One hour before measurement, please don't smoke, drink alcohol, tea or coffee
If Over fatigue or emotional instability, please don’t measure.
10-20minutes before measurement, keep quite state.
As far as possible, every day in the same time and conditions, with same posture, 5 minutes interval between measurements.
