It recuces the no-load loss, no-load current and noise of the transformer.The transformer coil adopts oxygen free copper with high purity that supplied by the supplier with supplier quality control system . It reduces the loss of copper effectively .The pan edge is bevelled, so it will be evenly forced when pressing, whick increased its reliability.The positioning structure is firm, Its body can bear the impact under each transport condition and will not move .
During the operation of transformer,the expansion and shrinking of the transformer oil in the corrugted tank is adjusted by the corrugated slice.It will not circulate with the air . It solves the problem of aged oil affects the life of the product . It is small occupying, beautiful appearance and reduces the time of main-tenance.
If required, we can supply the complete attachments like gas relay, Three-in-one protection device, liquid hydraulic relay and so on.
If required, regarding the low voltage and high current winding, we can use copper winding.On the one
hand, it will reduce horizontal open magnetic of the winding to reduce the loss of eddy current, on the other hand, it will improve the short-sircuit ability when sudden short-circuit appens and improve the performance of anti short-circuit.
