1. Barrel with feeding groove, material is 38CrMoALA nitriding stell, with the surface hardness reaching HRC 65-68, which can has a long use life.
The screw bolt adopts optimal design with mixing head in the same distance and diffrenct depth.And the raw material can be extruded and plasticized evely ,with the surface very smooth. It is equipped with a vertical reducer with high torque and is driven by DC motor.
2. helical type and basket type mould with suitable inner compression ratio which can guarantee to produce high quality Plastic pipes.
3. Advanced vacuum calibrating method improves the cleanliness and hardness of surface. It adopts efficient vacuum calibrating technology with two cavities, and spray cooling flume in order to increase the finished product rate and meet requirements of production for high speed.
4. It adopts a multi-caterpillar pulling machine. Each caterpillar is driven by a dependent AC servomotor with even pulling force. The driven technology of digital controller realizes a precision speed adjustment so as to create a high synchronicity.
5.It adopts a dustless cutting machine with the high speed and precision design. Its cutting section is flat and smooth.A strong dust collecting device is provided for minimum maintenance.
6. High automatic level. The production line is controlled by PLC and adopts touch screen operation. All parts, like extruder, haul off unit, cutter etc can be conducted by touch screen synchronously.
7. It is certified for safety system by China Quality Certification Centre.
