Hydraulic open circuit that provides very sensitive tensioning control and negligible deviations of tension in case of speed change.

Mount the hydraulic open normal close brake ,the machine will auto stop the operation if the engine flame out or the hydraulic system lose pressure suddenly or the force of pull or tension over the preset value , make sure the saftety of tension line construction .
