There are two maintypes:rack BR-30C1 andhandle BR-28C1
Differents:
1. Rack BR-30C1: youneedn't consider other auxiliary tools, it can cut a straight line. If you needto weld fabrics
sometimes,only change a welding anvil (asbelow picture). The standard welding anvil can be used for welding
2mm width and 1.5mm thickness fabrics afterpressing two layers fabrics. There are no requirements about the
welding length of fabric. It only need toadd a little cost, equipment efficiency can exert extreme.
2. Handle BR-28C1: the tablefor fabric need certain hardness and roughness, such as toughened glass, stone,
brick, steel brick (please don't use softtable, like wood), you can cut fabric shape at will. If you want to cut astraight
line, need to install it on machine, pleaseinstall mechanical spring under the working table ensure that the ultrasonic
cutting blade can close to touch with thefabric well. Otherwise, the cutting effect will be bad, uneven places will not
cutting well.

INTRODUCTION:
The ultrasoniccutting machine (cutter) for fabric is composed of ultrasonic transducer(converter),booster, horn(sonotrode),
generator, anviland rack. There is a fan to cooling ultrasonic transducer (converter), ensure itcan work efficiently for
a long time.Moreover, Compressed air cooling system is on the rack near the horn, protectsthe horn and fabric
fromoverheating. Ultrasonic energy to the vibration of ten million times, cuttingand gluing the cutting edge at the
same time,so the cutting point will not roughselvedge like conventional cutting, cutting edgepoint will produce
meltplasticization when cutting/welding process, which makesfraying or rough selvedge impossible.

APPLICATION:
Ultrasonic cutting machine(cutter) is suitable for cutting at least containing 50% synthetic fiber(fibre)
textile and fabric. Such asnon-woven fabric, chemical fiber (fibre), glass fiber (fibre) cloth (curtain,
blind fabric), woven cloth,sunscreen cloth, umbrella cloth, (pongee, polyester, nylon,oxford fabric,
satin umbrella fabric, PVC,T/C cotton fabric, EVA, pearl fabric)and soon.
It is also suitable forcutting thermal plastic cloth and flannelette fabric.
(There are plenty fabric ,Blackout, Sunscreen all of them are mainly made of Polyester. There is
sunscreen with 30%Polyester and 70% PVC. All of this fabric weight between 300 to 450gr/m2.)
