Upgrade principle:using intelligent glue sprayer spray BARKER's polymer memory adhesive on the tire inwall evenly to form a security layer inside.
When a nail piercing into the tire suddenly,the polymer memory adhesive in the security layer will cover the nail immediately and seal the hole at once to prevent the air leak effectively.The polymer memory adhesive will fill the hole to hold back the air after pulling out the nail,no need to repair the tyre again,secure the safe driving.

There are two main ways for repairing the tire:one is cool repair that is repairing the tire under normal temperature,the cost is much higher and the glue is poisonous.What's more there is little vulcanization reaction ,so only the small hole and hurt could be repaired. The other is fire repair under high temperature,which will damage the rubber, inner liner etc.lead to reduce the using life after being repaired.

there are some defects in traditional vulcanization technology,
1)One of the most important factor in vulcanization three factors is vulcanization pressure,mainly use mechanical pressure on previous vulcanization equipment,so it is quite diffcult to control the right pressure
2)Only one hard tooling add pressure for different types of tires,will extrude and pull the tire surely ,damage the tire's strength.
3)Both the tire and the tooling have their own pattern,but need tire to fit to the tooling under the traditional vulcanization,so some parts of the tire couldn't be added pressure,which affect the repairment quality.
4)The tooling extrude the rubber lead to ugly surface after being repaired
Barker's vulcanization technology is pressed by air,the pressure is changing as per the changing of the tire range,could keep the patch close to the tire but don't damage the tire body.The pressre is in place and evenly,good repairment quality and beautiful surface.
