Earlier mortars were produced by masons or plasterers directly at the building site.
This method could not provide for the constant quality of mortars.
To guarantee the constant quality, dry mortars are nowadays factory produced and pre-mixed, and delivered to the building site in bags and silos.
After mixing with water directly at the building site, dry mortars are immediately ready to use.

Application of dry mortars
In order to be ready to use, dry mortars must be mixed with water directly at the building site.

Dry mixed mortar production line main consists of the following equipments: sand dryer and screen, material store silo, screw conveyor, dosing system, bucket elevator, mixer, end product storage silo, packing machine and stacker, dust collector and control system.
The dry mix mortar production line productivity is 10-60T/h. According to the structure type, it can be classified into tower type and series type. It is up to the character of raw materials and workshop situation. The needed area is 1000~5000m2.
