Those are the sample for A4 size ultra destructible vinyl paper. They are 11A, 11CA, Thicker Ultra Destructible Label Paper, 1CB and so on. The face thickness of those ultra destructible paper are around 0.09 +(-)0.01mm. For all of them have good printing effect. They are suitable for big and small size label. Ink can dry out within 4 hours. Also, for their fragility can be enhanced according to customers' ideas.

Those are eco-friendly D serial types dstructible label paper samples, which were based on so many times of experiments of our prodessional research team. This type of papers is playing a leading role in the world.

The same as other products, they have good printing effect,which means they can be printed by vrious methods. the ink will dry out within 4 hours. All of them have smooth surfaces that can be printed by various methods and the facestock thickness are around 0.09+(-)0.02mm.

Grade A: highest brittle grade for the facestock. It is hard to cut the spare paper.

Grade B: moderate brittle grade for the facestock, but it tends to be like grade A. The spare paper cannot be cut by hand or machine.

Grade C: moderate brittle grade for the facestock, but it tends to be like grade D. The spare paper can be cut by machine.

Grade D: the facestock is not very brittle.

*Should be notice: the fragility grade of each ultra destructible vinyl paper will be changed by the temprature. The fragility grade would be enhanced while the temperaature went higher.

On our company, the biggest size of the roll paper is width 107cm x length 400cm per roll. For every customer, they can select their own roll paper among this size. Normally, the customers who are from UAE prefer to use size 70cm x 100cm, the United Stated customers would like to use 50cm x70cm size, malaysia customers will order 40cm x 200m size and Indian customers will use 70cm x 400m size.

Tamper evident destructible labels are type of unique tamper proof security labels for excellent. High bond adhesion and conformability to smooth or curved irregular surfaces. When the destructible labels are tamper agaist removal and are easily damaged, causing cracking and cause multiple chipping effect in tiny bits. The bits will leave evidents that in order to help you protect your important products.

As the picture shows above, we provide two kinds of liners, common white liner and glassine liner.

For glassine liner,it has faint yellow with a little transperant.
