1.If the goods is defect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Hidly will repair your goods freely, Items returned in one year of delivery are eligible for repair.
2. Returns must be first acknowledged by Hidly prior to return. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number and initiate the return process.
3. All returns must be made in their original packaging with sufficient packing material.
4. RMAs are only valid for 30 days from date of issue. Expired RMAs will not be honored
5. Buyer shall responsible for the shipping costs if return.
