Description:

 

LSAW-Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded should be for spot welding and welding by one side.It is a straight line and very beautiful and good.

 

 

LSAW pipe produce progress:

 

(1) We will check the material, and confirm the material is good.

(2) Cut the steel material, make it fit for the pipe.

(3) Bend the material, this step is facility for welding.

(4) The machine will make the steel material to J than C, the last is O. So the pipe is round.

(5) Welding: Pre-welding,inner welding, outside welding

(6) Test: ultrasonic testing.hydrostatic test.

(7) All the steps finish, will put this pipe into stock.
