Oil Drilling DC Asynchronous AC Motor
Performance
The motor is to be installed horizontally with blower for forced ventilation cooling.
Seen from drive end, the blower is mounted at right side with lead out wire at left side or the blower is mounted at left side with lead out wire at right side or the blower is at the top.
Technology
The motor adopts quadrupole series excited DC motor solution, international advanced manufacturing technology, advanced Kapton insulation structure, the advanced structure and manufacture process of welding spiral groove commutator with the overall rising piece by TIG method.
Advantages
Main pole coils have chamfered large cross-section, thermoforming, imported bearings, brushes, and positive pressure and explosion proof junction box. The motor can replace imported U.S. GE752 oilfield series motor.
Application
The motor is used in winch, mud pump, rotary table and other oil drilling equipment.
