This machine is the auxiliary tool of the manual sealing side machine. This machine can effectively solve the cutting and trimming needs for the edge band, which is the excess of the straight plates and duckbill plates. Its operation is simple and effective.The warranty period is 6 months from purchase.

4. Buffer:
For end trimming, corner rounding and edge trimming,please move the big buffer to back and fix the screw on the small buffer. For end trimming and edge trimming, please just adjust the big buffer to the right height according to thickness of the processing panel.
5.Adjustable handle:
Turn off the adjustable handle, the seat that fixing the trimmer can move back and forth. Forth moving and then fixing, the end trimming, corner rounding and edge trimming can be done. Back moving and then fixing, the end trimming and edge trimming can be done with no corner rounding.

8. Guide Strip: Guide Strip and processing panel is at right angle. The processing panel shoule be pushed from right to left.
9. Swing Arm: Swing Arm move up along with the processing panel when processing panel touch with the Swing Arm.
This macine is used for the following purpose: end trimming, corner rounding and edge trimming.This machine has been configured and ready to be used directly after delivery. If necessary, please only adjust the Rounding Bit back and forth according to the thickness of the edge band.
Set-up
1. Remove the packaging from the machine.
2. Dismantle the Swing Arm from the main body by removing the two screws securing the swing arm with the main boday.
3.Hold the Swing Arm perpendicular to the main body and secure in place with the same screws.
End and edge trimming(no corner rounding)
1. Adjust the bigger buffer on the Swing Arm to the right length according to the thickness of the board being processed.
2. Open the adjustable handle and adjust the trimmer for the required depth and tighten to secure.
3. Turn on the machine and begin work.
End and edge trimming and corner rounding(standard: 2mm)
1. Move the bigger buffer back and fix the screw on the smaller buffer.
2. Open the adjustable handle and adjust the trimmer for the required depth and tighten to secure.
3. Turn on the machine and start work.
