1.Through the heating form of outer jacket , main shaft spiral fin and chamber nozzle, to make the raw material quickly and fully aged, and the heat efficiency reaches over 95%
2.The outer insulation plate and upper observation cover all made of stainless steel, to improve corrosion resistance and extend equipment service life
3.Adopt excitation speed governing and adjust the speed of main shaft according to different raw material, to ensure raw material reach aging standard; Adopt temperature control system to control stem input capacity.
4. Make use of the automatic drainage system, to recycle steam condensate to the steam boiler, so that it can improve waste water utilization rate and reduce energy consumption.
