Deep groove ball bearings are non-separable and require little attention or maintenance in service, capable of operating at high speeds and are widely used radial bearings. The inner and outer ring of single row deep groove ball bearings have a deep groove raceway. The bearings are mainly used to carry radial loads and a part of axial loads in two directions. This kind of bearing can carry much heavy axial loads after the increase of radial clearance, thus, it can take the place of high speed angular contact ball bearings. Deep groove ball bearing have various types in structure, besides open type bearings, shield or seals at both side can also be provided.

Description
1. Bearing Material
High carbon chrome bearing steel(Gcr15) is the standard material for bearing ring & rolling elements, also carbon steel & stainless steel will be used upon request. The cages are pressed steel ribbon cages & pressed steel snap cages. For extra-high speed application, synthetic-resin, stainless steel, nylons(Phenolic resins) will be used upon request.
2. Lubrication
Different types of greases can be supplied for shielded & sealed bearings and oil for open bearings
3. Tolerance
MFY Bearings can meet tolerance grades from ABEC-1 to ABEC-3 as requested dimension tolerance & runout accurancy.

C2 Group clearance only for bearings over ABEC-3 accurancy.
4. Vibration and Noise
The vibration and noise of bearing in four classes Z1, Z2, Z3 and Z4, It is measured by the instrument of S09-1, For special requirement, it is measured by BVT-1 and classified as V1, V2, and V3, The date are shown tables, different vibration & noise requirement should be menrioned in order.
