Combination crusher is crushing machine with the rotary shaft. There are many hammerheads on the central rotary axis, and the material being fed to the main chamber from the feeding port is falling down by the gravity, and when the material touch the rotating hammerhead, the material will be crushed by the series of impact. The material being crushed will be discharged from the bottom. Combination crusher is also being called compound cone crusher because of the reason above on.
Compound cone crusher is suitable for the medium and fine crushing on the material, and this machine can be the perfect machine for those materials with the higher percentage of the water. Granularity can be adjusted easily in order not to make the material block the discharging port.
Working Principle of Combination Crusher
Raw materials are fed from the top of the combination crusher, and fall into the rotating impeller at a high speed to be crushed. As other materials simultaneously fall around the rotating impeller, the two kinds of materials join together and are crushed by each other. The materials are crushed many times in the impeller of the combination crusher, and are finally discharged from beneath the machine.
Working Features of Compound Crusher
(1) Simple and reasonable structure and low running cost. This machine uses the working principle of stone impacting stone, so that the abrasion is small.
