Feather replaceable Peteca is also a kind of Peteca with a great improvement for the feather replacement functions. It is developed by New Millennium Industrial Limited in early of 2018. With couples of months development,  we succeed in launching the feather replaceable peteca (also called diy peteca) on 13 Feb., 2019.

Our aim to develop this new diy peteca is to solve the prolem of the feather uselife. The peteca feather is from animal like turkey or goose,  as the product is a bit heavy around 36 grams, so the feathers has played a great role during the product movement while playing. And after a period of playing, the feathers would break while at that time the base is still new. We have spent lots of time to work the possibility of feather replacement like plastic. But we failed, as there is not a good plastic which can be as light as animal feathers while perform as good as it.  According to the experience of DIY jianzi, we try to work out a feather replaceable style since early of 2018. And with our hard works, we suceed in developing this great new feather replaceable style peteca.

So people can easily change the broken feathers by yourself in a few seconds. We have tried to keep the outlooks of the product and the performance as well.  So it is exactly the same peteca as we have sold since 2007, but with a feather replacement function.

In this way, with a feather replaceable peteca, people does't need to buy a new one when the feathers break while the base is still quite new. So it definately increases double of the uselife of the product, so it definately reduce the playing cost for our consumers. And for the shipping, as the feather doesn't need to  be preassembled, so it would lsave lots of vertical space during the packing. This would also reduce the measurement of the shipment, thus save the shipping rate as well.

feather replaceable peteca would also be called diy peteca. there are lots of different name of this game due to different distributors for instance: flyers, indiaca, fleepies, jugglepro, volleybird, hackysack, etc. we are the first factory in China to manufacture this game since 2007. We are also the first factory to develop this feather replaceable peteca in the china, actually in the world. 

In order to reduce the feather replaceable peteca MOQ, we have resetup all the rubber base moulds. We have try to change the eve layer into rubbers, this would enable us to easily coordinate productions, as we don't need to turn to EVA factory. This would make sure our factory can make everything from feather dying, to rubber material making and injection, assembly and packing. So in the year of 2019, we are able to make MOQ of 1000. And if you require customerized packing, since it would be controlled by our printer, so we would still have to get the MOQ of 3K, to meet printing factory or blister factory's MOQ.
