Wet Magnetic Separator For Iron-Ore Beneficiation
Magnetic Separator is designated for wet magnetic separating of material with granularity below 3mm, such as magnetite, pyrrhotine, roasted ore and washing tonite. It can also be used for de-ironing of coal, nonmetal materials, building materials, etc.
The magnetic system of magnetic separator is made of compound materials composed of high grade ferrite materials and rare earth alnico. The average magnetic induction of the drum surface is 100-600mt. Different type of magnetic separation as forward flow, semi-counter flow and counter flow can be provided according to customers demands.
Application of magnetic separator
Magnetic separator is widely used for the resource recovery in timber industry, mining industry, ceramic industry, chemical industry, food and other workshop. It is not only suitable for wet magnetic separation of the material that the granularity is below 3mm in the magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials, but also suitable for the deironing operation in coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials and other materials.
