Material and model: The most commonly steel grating is G323/40/100 which is used as the lower plate , the checkered plate usually with 3mm is used the thick plate, or can choose 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm.
Installation Method:
1. Weld steel grating or tread onto the supporting steel frame, paint zinc powder paint at the weld twice.
2. Use special mounting clip for steel grating, which will not damage zinc coating and can be easily disassembled or re-installed. Each set of mounting clip includes one upper clip, one lower clip, one M8 round head bolt and nut.
3. Can provide fixing methods including stainless steel mounting clip or screw bolt according to requirement.
4. The mounting clearance of steel grating is usually 100mm.
5. Install securely when fix it, and check it frequently to prevent mounting clip from loosing. The steel grating that near vibration better be welded or added with rubber pad.
