XJK Series Flotation Machine For Copper/Iron/Zinc
The mineral product floatation machine widely applies in the copper, the lead, the zinc, the nickel, the molybdenum and so on non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal mineral rough selection, secondary selection and counter-floatation process work.
Flotation Seperation Machine introduction:
The flotation machine is the latest design to use the circular tank concept and combines the benefits of circular cells with the unique features of the Minerals mechanism to create the ideal conditions to maximize floatation performance for all roughing, cleaning and scavenging duties.
The flotation machine is driving by the driving band operated by the motor and this will bring the centrifugation and negative pressure. In this condition, enough air will mix with the slurry and at the same time the slurry and chemical will mix very well to make the mineral adhesion to the bubble. The height of shutter can be adjustment to scapte the usful bubble.
Flotation seperation machine features:
1: The inspiratory volume, low power consumption.
2: Each slot both suction, self-absorption into the flotation pulp and flotation circuits, without any auxiliary equipment, the level of configuration, ease of process changes.
3: Tank pulp for the next cycle, is conducive to recovery of coarse-grained minerals in suspension.
4: with the pulp side of hand-control, self-control and electric control device is easily adjustable.
5: Impeller truncated cone formed by the closed pairs can produce a strong pulp the next cycle.
Flotation seperation machine applications:
Flotation Separator is used for separating ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can be also used for separation of non-metal materials such as coal fluorite and steatite. The impeller rotates by triangle belt of the motor, with produces centrifugal function and causes negative pressure.0n one hand it draws in enough air mixed with ore magma; on the other hand it agitates to mix ore magma with chemical medicines. At the same time, it minifies bubbles so that minerals can stick above them .float on the surface of magma, and form mineralized bubbles. The height of plate can be adjusted to control fluid level so that the available bubbles can be scrapped out by scrapers.
