1. Application
JD-280L Double axis compound machine is used for drilling and tapping on the castings. It adopts special transmission mode. Its structure is reasonable and horse power is very strong. Sliding table uses high-frequency quenching, coupled with lubrication to ensure a more stable performance. Pneumatic device is adopted on the working table so that working table can response quickly and work stably. Pneumatic clip mode is also adopted and the clipping become quickly.
2. Machine components
The machine consists of three parts, such as mechanical part, pneumatic part and electrical part. Material used in mechanical part is well-selected steel. Both pneumatic and electrical part use products of world-famous brands, like Siemens, Schneider, OMRON and AIRTAC, etc...Therefore we can assure you that our products are of high quality.
