Description:

 

The whole system just need three skilled operators and can reach the production capacity of 12000-15000 pcs/h. The whole production line barely with no manual operation, which reduced human error and batch difference. Humanized design ensures the whole production line can be independent and on-line operation, the whole process flow is fluent.

1.Power Consumption: 200watts and 7500 watts heating wire.

2.Output: 100PCS/20-25 seconds, one operators/production line.

3.Additive Volume: 10-500ul (error:±2%)

4.Volume Error: ±1%

5.It adopts STS304 AND Aluminum Alloy 60601 materials to extend its operating life.
