HID618 Series Specialized Servo Drive for Injection Molding Machine

2.Product Introduction:
The product accumulates an appropriative control card and can be used in servo motor control in the servo hybrid injection molding machine. It can accurately control the rating current, pressure instruction, the pressure feedback signal and the motor speed, which provides the molding machine with enough prerssure and current to realize on-demand fuel feeding. As a result, the spill losses can be reduced, which can produce modling machine fast and accurately with energy conservation.
3.Function Features:
1. Providing enough motive force to the modeling machine automatically, on-demand fuel feeding, reducing the fill losses, conserving electricity 40%~75% comparing with the traditional pump.
2. Fast dynamic response, bringing in vector controlling technology, improving production efficiency by solving the problem which production cycle is prolonged with the V/F control.
3. The distribution technology makes it possible for molding machine to complete more than two actions at the same time, which can shorten the production cycle, thus improve the production efficiency.
4. The fuel temperature increasing range can be reduced, so that cooling water demand can be cut down and the working life of the hydraulic component can be prolonged.
5. The overload capacity is strong enough without jumping off under the condition of high pressure injection and heavy load, which doesn't affect the production and ensure quality of the products.
6. The huge current drive made by multiple pump combined technology can reduce users' cost.
7. Prolonging the working life of the machine and mould through multiple protecting functions against overvoltage, overcurrent and phase lacking.
8. Eliminating the high energy consumption component-proportional pressure valve to simplify the hydraulic line.
9. Prolonging the working life of the machine and the mould by alleviating the impingement of the mould's closing and opening.
