The existing size of plastic floor is 400mm*600mm, 500mm*600mm and 600mm*700mm. The material is PP. The load capacity of each rib is 200KG.
The existing size of casting iron floor is 600mm*700mm, 700mm*700mm, 600mm*600mm and so on. The material is QT450-10. The surface treatment is black dipped paint. The load capacity of each rib is 600kg.

4. The material of the feeders in the picture is Stainless steel, we can also make per your requirements.
In regard to the feeder and water cup for piglet, we can offer per your requirements. There are Stainless steel, plastic and casting iron feeder for piglet. In regard to the water cup for piglet, we can offer two kinds.
In regard to the feeder for sow, we can offer per your requirements. The sow feeder in the picture is a kind of Stainless steel feeder which is very simple. We can also offer dry-wet sow feeder. There is nipple drinker on the bottom of sow feeder. We can also offer the separate water tube with nipple drinker for sow. This kind of water tube with nipple drinker for sow is not regular. Its height can be adjusted. So, it is very convenient for sow to drink.
5. In regard to the heating lamp, we can offer per your requirements. The heating cover in the picture is made of FRP (fiber reinforcing plastic). We can also make per your requirements.
6. We can also offer you the insulating box (heating box) which is not shown in the picture.
7. In regard to the beam, we can offer per your requirements. We use FRP (fiber reinforcing plastic) beam for this set of Farrowing crate. We can also offer the galvanized sheet one.
