In regard to the material: The Farrowing crate can be made of round steel or round tube. We can make per your requirements.

For this set of Farrowing crate, the back door can be adjusted per the size of sow (please check the picture, there are holes on the plate).
Also, there is long slot on the foot, which makes it more convenient to adjust the width of crate (please check the picture).
The long adjustable bar can also be adjusted per the size of piglet, which makes it more convenient for piglet to eat milk (please check the picture, there are holes on the bar).
In regard to size, we can make per your requirements. The size for this set of crate is 2400mm*1800mm.
2. The fence of the Farrowing crate can be PVC plank or metal. It also can be PVC plank add square tube. We can make per your requirements.
3. In regard to the casting iron and plastic floor, we have different specifications and colors. We can make per your requirements. We can also offer special plastic floor for piglet.
The existing size of plastic floor is 400mm*600mm, 500mm*600mm and 600mm*700mm. The material is PP. The load capacity of each rib is 200KG.
The existing size of casting iron floor is 600mm*700mm, 700mm*700mm, 600mm*600mm and so on. The material is QT450-10. The surface treatment is black dipped paint. The load capacity of each rib is 600kg.

4. The material of the feeders in the picture is Stainless steel, we can also make per your requirements.
In regard to the feeder and water cup for piglet, we can offer per your requirements. For this set of Farrowing crate, we use rotatable piglet feeder, which is very convenient to clean.
In regard to the feeder for sow, we can offer per your requirements. The sow feeder in the picture is a kind of dry-wet sow feeder. There is nipple drinker on the bottom of sow feeder. We can also offer the separate water tube with nipple drinker for sow (Please check it on the side crate). This kind of water tube with nipple drinker for sow is not regular. Its height can be adjusted. So, it is very convenient for sow to drink.
5. In regard to the heating lamp, we can offer per your requirements.
6. We can also offer you the insulating box (heating box) which is not shown in the picture.
7. In regard to the beam, we can offer per your requirements. We use FRP (fiber reinforcing plastic) beam for this set of Farrowing crate. We can also offer the galvanized sheet one.
