Description:
- The components of the whole line is 5T hydraulic decoiler, roll forming Machine including 2 rolls feeding, 7 rolls leveling ,PLC cabinet, Hydraulic station, hydraulic cutting unit,2 simple runout tables
- We adopt Panasonic PLC control,Omron encoder measuring the length,Yaskawa speed variator made in Japan.
- It is easy and convient to operate the machine with stable performance and low noise
- We adopt 15kw motor on the main forming machine and 7.5kw motor on the hydraulic station.Rollers material is GCr15,heat treatment,HRC58-62.shaft material is 45# steel,fine processment
- We adopt heavy stands structure and H-beam machine frame,milled to gurantee the flatness and precision .
- We adopt 5T hydraulic decoiler and 5T manual decoiler as an option
