INTRODUCTION:
The SUPER ZINC PHOSPHATE is a
new generation modified orthophosphates pigments designed to be more active than
standard Zinc Phosphate for the application of anti-corrosion paints &
coating Industry.
This products is based on a
unique synergy between different ion and phosphating mechanism. It was showed
the dissolution and hydrolysis was improved when the phosphating accurred on the
surface of metal.
The products was suitable for
a variety of resin systems like alkyds,acrylics and epoxies. Solvent-borne,
water-based and for every area of application. The "flashrust" phenomenon in the
water-borne paint was conquered. With a low tinting strength, there is no effect
to the color of the anti-rust primer for truck, ship, container and other steel
structure.

APPLICATION:
Used as equivalent
replacement for zinc phosphate and aluminium triphosphate in anti-corrosion
paints&coating industry.
Suggested dosage is 10-30% based on total formula weight.
