Feeding Unit
1 Separating and combining of the machine adopt electric control with alarm which rings consecutively when running to ensure worker's safety,pneumatic coordinated-control device.

4 Air volume can be adjusted according to the different conditions of the warping paper to ensure smooth feeding.

Printing Unit

2 Planetary gear structure, printing phase adopts PLC,touch screen control and electric numerical adjustment of 360 ° (runnig and stopping can be adjusted)
3 Transverse moving is adjusted by PLC,electric numerical control with distance of 10mm
4Ratchet wheel fixed plate rolling axle
5 Loading and unloading printing template,electric controlling CW/CCW rolling by foot switch
6 Steel anilox roller is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface,treated by balance rectification to realize stable running(ceramic anilox roller for option)
7 Rubber ruller is covered with wear-resistant rubber with excellent distributing effect.
Die Cutting Unit
1 Die cutting roller is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface,treated by balance rectification
2 Cushion roller is treated by balance rectification
3 Interval between die cutting roller and cushion roller is adjuste by hand
4 Planetray gear structure,die cutting phase is controlled by electric numerical adjustment of 360 ° (running and stopping can be adjusted)
5 Horizontal movement is adjusted by hand with distance of 10mm
