Dongfang has six automatic production lines and five heat treatment lines, including oil, air and water quenching,
as well as intermediate frequency induction furnace,heat treatment resistance furnace and dust removal equipment.
Dongfang has established complete quality assurance system,Quality Management System certified ISO9001:2008,
Environment Management System certified ISO14001:2004 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System
certified GB/T 28001:2011.
Dongfang has a Provincial High-Tech Center with various test equipments,which has reached a leading level in
this field.The independent R&D "Warm Period Timing Oil Quenching Heat Treatment"has been authorized as National
Invention Patent.Through this skill,Dongfang is able to manufacture a series of products,such as high anti-wear
ordinary casting grinding ball and cylpeb and high-performance composite metal hammer.This series of products are
identified as Anhui High-tech Products and 18 of them have been recognised as National Invention Patent and Utility
Model Patent.
