Description:
 
1. The production line can produce color steel sandwich panel with various specifications including EPS flat board, EPS matchboard, EPS corrugated sheet board, Mineral wool flat board, Mineral wool matchboard, Mineral wool corrugated sheet board etc.
2. Computerized control system is employed with characteristics of easy manipulation, high-efficiency production and strong antijamming capacity, which also brings convenience for maintenance and repair.
3. Variable-frequency technique are adopted in need-speed-adjustment parts, which make speed adjustment more easy and reliable and provide technical guarantee for continuous, efficient and steady production.
4. Aerodynamic control technique is used in finished-products cutting machine for compression, stretch and reset. During the aerodynamic control systems work, cylinder press the sandwich panel, with which the cutting machine simultaneously move, after cutting, the cylinder relax and the rack return to the original place.
