QS1 is a kind of Double Ended Shear Beam Load Cell, it belongs to Compression Load Cell, it is made of alloy steel, nickel plating, it is fully potted with special chemical compounds to IP67 to protect the cell from water and moisture attack, the capacity of anti deviated load and impact is very strong.

QS1 load cell is available in the capacities 10t to 45t, its structure is very compact, it belong to high capacities with low profile, on the process of making this load cell, there is unavoidable to arise side force in the normal operations,

The design of steel ball and head structure provides excellent performance, which can reset and ensure the force transferring, the typical example for side force resistance is the application motor truck scales.
