Product Description:
1. It adopts a large-span bridge type end beam structure. The principal axis system adopts 2-stage deceleration mechanism, thus increasing the principal axis working torque. The up-down adopts a hydraulic system to carry out stable high-speed cutter raising and low-speed cutter feeding (sawing requirements). The large block can be put directly on the ground, thus increasing the processing stability and saving machine maintenance costs greatly.
2. We use the sliding plate structure which is better than four pillars structure. The supplier of four pillars structure will increase the weight of the machine; they will fill cement in the four pillars. With our structure, there is no place to fill the cement, so we need to increase the weight of the sliding plate itself so that we can make sure that our material is true. This is very important for the life of the machine.
3. It is use the PLC controlling system by order which can increase the cutting precision and achieve fully auto cutting.
